At Oru Happy Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (ladies’ clothing, bags, and ornaments), we do not accept general returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges under the following conditions.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

The product you received is damaged at the time of delivery.
The product you received is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or item).

We do not accept exchange requests for reasons such as change of mind, size issues (unless a different size than ordered was delivered), or dislike of the product.

2. Exchange Request Window

Customers must raise an exchange request on the same day of delivery or within 2 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video)

An unboxing video of the product is mandatory to process any exchange request.
The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product’s condition upon delivery.
Without this proof, the request will not be considered.

4. Exchange Process

Submit your exchange request by contacting us through the details below.
Attach the unboxing video and details of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or the correct item.
The customer may need to ship back the incorrect/damaged product, depending on the situation.

5. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Store credit or monetary refunds will not be issued.

6. Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to approval by Oru Happy Store.
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
